BIBLE MEDITATION: ?Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.? Isaiah 1:18

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT: Years ago I read about some soldiers at Fort Dix who were fighting a forest fire. Soon, they could see fire all around with no route of escape. Unexpectedly a plane flew overhead and dropped notes that said that they were surrounded by fire except for one narrow corridor. The note gave the instructions how to find it, which the firefighters did and they escaped. They could not see the way out, but the pilots could. Thankfully, these soldiers did not question the authenticity or reliability of the note and were saved. What a picture of our society today! We are in a firestorm of trouble and an inferno of problems. God has given us clear directions from above to help us escape with our lives. What will you do?

ACTION POINT: Psalm 19:12 and 90:8 tells us that we have ?secret faults.? Ecclesiastes 12:14 says that God will bring even those secret things into judgment. Confess to God that you don?t know all the ways you have sinned against Him. Ask Him to reveal your secret faults so that you can confess them and be cleansed.
