The Armor of God: Praying at All Times

Ephesians 6:18-20

Well tonight we’re looking at Ephesians 6 and bringing to its conclusion a look at the armor of God, the believer’s armor from this chapter. Timing is good since we’re really getting into the busyness of the holiday season and trying to compete with that and collide with that is a great challenge in the weeks to come in the future.

Now in looking at the text of the armor of the believer, it starts in verse 10. Let me read it for you. “Finally, be strong in the Lord and the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
