BIBLE MEDITATION: ?He is the Rock, His work is perfect: for all His ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is He.? Deuteronomy 32:4
DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT: God?s work is perfect. Everything that God does is perfect. His work is perfect; our work is wrought with flaws and mistakes. Even the best that man can do is imperfect. Take a sewing needle that looks so perfect and sleek. Put it under a microscope and adjust it until you can see the intricate detail of that needle. What will you find? It will look like a raggedy old pine stump with broken bark. Now, pick a rose off a bush and put one of its petals under that microscope. You will be amazed at the miniature world of design and delicacy because God?s work is perfect. He never makes a mistake.
ACTION POINT: Do you feel like a mistake today? Ask God to give you a special anointing of His presence. And remind yourself of these things: I am not a mistake. I am created in His image. I am in the palm of His loving hands and under the shelter of His wings. I am chosen and loved by the Lord God to fulfill a special purpose.
